Attention!  Effective March 24th, 2008, “military status” has been added to list of protected classes under Ohio’s Fair Housing Law.  The change was brought under House Bill 372 passed at the end of 2007.  Please click here to view the new language of the Ohio Revised Code on “Unlawful discriminatory practices.”  You may also read the full version of all changes made under House Bill 372 by clicking here.
