The FHCS offers several programs under Housing Counseling Service which included but are not limited to
Mortgage Modification and Mortgage Scam Assistance Counseling
Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) Counseling
First Time Home Byers Counseling
In addition to the above topics, FHCS will also provide through housing counseling information on government housing programs (local, state and federal); land contracts; land trusts; and loan foreclosure. Counseling is offered on a one-on-one basis, in person or over the phone. Referrals are made to appropriate local agencies when needed.
