The Fair Housing Contact Service provides several programs and services that aids in alleviating the negative impact of shelter related issues such as denial of equal housing opportunities, non-compliance of housing providers or consumers with the Ohio Tenant/Landlord law, unethical lending practices, and lack of awareness of the general public as to their rights and obligations.
