Fair Housing Contact Service in partnership with Cascade Locks Park Association will be hosting our 21st Annual “5K Run & 1 Mile Fun Walk to Promote Equal Housing Opportunity” on Saturday, April 3, 2010. Steve Baughman, Housing Specialist

Mr. Baughman has had various housing counseling experience, including tenant/landlord counseling and the administration of the Damage Deposit Program, designed to help homeless families with children transition from participating shelters into their own apartment.

He currently provides one-on-one counseling to clients in home pre-purchase counseling, HECM Reverse Mortgage counseling, foreclosure counseling, and predatory lending counseling, which also includes assistance dealing with equity loans and refinancing issues.

He has attended Neighborworks Training Classes for default/foreclosure counseling, predatory lending counseling, and reverse mortgages. He holds a B.A. in Mass Media/Communications from The University of Akron.
